Lauren is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Shreveport with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Counseling in 2017, also from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. 

Lauren's passion is working with women who want to overcome depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, eating disorders, body image concerns, and chronic stress. Additionally, Lauren is a trained EMDR provider who offers trauma therapy services for those who need it.

Lauren’s focus is on identifying and changing thought patterns and beliefs and helping clients discover their resilience and ability to find inner healing.

Lauren also believes in incorporating spirituality to help clients access hope and strength. Lauren has worked in multiple counseling roles including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, inpatient substance abuse recovery centers, outpatient clinics, and private practice.

Lauren additionally is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in Louisiana, providing supportive and collaborative clinical supervision to counselors working toward full licensure.
