Sarah Harris

Sarah Harris is a graduate of Louisiana State University Shreveport where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Science in Counseling.


Her passion is to work with women who are facing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, and spiritual abuse. Sarah has an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating many modalities including EMDR for the treatment of trauma. Through volunteer opportunities, she has gained experience working with individuals from all walks of life.


Sarah currently volunteers with Purchased: Not For Sale providing counseling and psychoeducational groups to women coming out of the sex industry and adult victims of sex trafficking. Additionally, Sarah volunteers with the Arc Caddo-Bossier’s GREAT program, helping clients to develop life skills through Equine Assisted Learning.


Her goal is to help facilitate your process of self-discovery and self-acceptance through the use of evidence-based practices.
