Sarah Harris is a graduate of Louisiana State University Shreveport, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Science in Counseling.
Sarah is passionate about working with women facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, and complex trauma. She uses an integrative approach to therapy, blending a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs of clients from all walks of life. Sarah also incorporates EMDR to support healing from the emotional distress and lingering symptoms associated with difficult or traumatic life experiences.
In addition to her clinical work, Sarah volunteers with Purchased: Not For Sale, providing counseling to women exiting the sex industry and adult survivors of sex trafficking. She also works with Manna Horse, offering Equine Assisted Learning and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to individuals navigating relationship challenges and trauma.
Her goal is to help facilitate your process of self-discovery and self-acceptance through the use of evidence-based practices.
